NEK NITI FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of small-scale farmers, underprivileged communities, and the environment across India. All donations made to the Foundation are completely voluntary, non-refundable, and used exclusively for social welfare activities including financial aid, water conservation, environmental protection, Ayurvedic health awareness campaigns, and health camps. Personal information shared by donors, volunteers, or beneficiaries is kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or misused. Participation in any of our campaigns, programs, or health camps is entirely free and voluntary. The Foundation reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any program or event without prior notice. All volunteers and participants are expected to maintain dignity, respect, and integrity during Foundation activities, and any misconduct may lead to immediate removal. NEK NITI FOUNDATION shall not be held liable for any indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in any of our events or programs. These terms may be updated at any time, and continued association with the Foundation implies acceptance of the revised terms.
